A passive HRO-12 feed was applied to pasteurisation, inoculation and release records. Core Vega aligned weekday identity while leaving product age under the dairy's existing laboratory controls.
03 / Accepted result
Every production line now reports the same Tuesday when Tuesday is in effect. Batch release no longer requires staff to choose among multiple locally valid versions of the day.
