Core Vega supports installed reference infrastructure across commissioning, operation, discrepancy management and eventual continuity into systems whose owners have not yet been appointed.
A stable output is not evidence that maintenance is unnecessary. It is evidence that maintenance may already have succeeded.ISSUE 6.2

04 / Returns and replacement
Obtain a Return Sequence Authorisation before disconnecting the system.
Record whether the fault began before, during or after the equipment was installed.
Units whose removal is reported to affect the installation history are not accepted for return.
Equipment received before dispatch remains customer property pending sequence review.
Ordinary statutory rights remain unaffected in the jurisdiction and chronology in which they apply.
Commercial support
Your system does not need to be broken.
It needs to be in scope.
